How do I create a Silver Luxuries account?
At checkout you will be able to create an account or continue without creating an account. If you choose to register with Silver Luxuries, as a valued customer, you will be able to receive email with special discounts and offers on our products.
How will I know if my order was paid?
After your order is placed, you will receive a payment confirmation email at the email address that you used at registration. You will also receive an email when your order is shipped.
How do I return a product I ordered from Silver Luxuries?
Email us at support@silverluxuries.com and tell us if you'd like a refund or exchange. Please provide the item number, description and reason for the refund/exchange. Exchanges are based on item availability. If you receive a product that's damaged or in unacceptable condition, please refer to our return policy.
What is your return policy?
We will issue an exchange or refund for most items returned in NEW condition within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. Exchanges will "only" be permitted for identical product replacement within 30 days depending if item is in stock. If item is not in stock, a refund will be issued quickly. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. Refunds will be issued for the price of the item excluding original shipping charge.

All of our orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail within 1-2 business days. If you prefer, your order can be shipped by USPS Priority Mail for a fee of 6.95. During the holidays, our shipping department will be closed from 12/24/09 thru 01/03/10, therefore, there will be a delay in shipping.
How do I use a promotional code with my order?
To receive your discount, include the promotional coupon code on the checkout page.
